you didn't quit. the equipment was wrong.

the treadmill needed a room you don't have. the rope needed neighbors who don't mind. the class pack needed a schedule that was never going to happen.

encore needs ten minutes and a patch of floor.

why this time sticks

the last thing asked too much before you'd even started. this asks for almost nothing.

ten minutes counts

short enough to do before you talk yourself out of it. long enough that you feel it.

nothing hits the floor

no rope slapping, no thud through the ceiling. work out at 6am or 10pm.

no setup

no anchor, no mat, no cleared-out room. pick them up and go.

days. one plan. no guessing.

every order comes with the guide, so you always know what today's ten minutes looks like.

1

days 1–7

just show up

learn the swing. short rounds, long rests. the only goal is doing it.

2

days 8–14

find your rhythm

rounds get a little longer. you stop checking the timer as often.

3

days 15–21

notice it

you reach for the top shelf and your arms don't complain. that's the one you'll remember.

how it works

there's nothing to learn. if you can wave your arms, you can do this.

step one

grip

slip on the wrist straps and hold the handles loosely. no gloves, no chalk, no anchor point.

step two

swing

move them like you're holding a rope. feet stay planted, the weighted ends do the rest.

step three

done

ten minutes, tick off the day, get on with your evening.

built for how your life actually works

every other piece of equipment asks you to change your life first.

encore.

works in ten minutes
quiet enough for an apartment
fits in a drawer
ready the second you pick it up
comes with a plan to follow

the usual home cardio

needs a real block of time
thuds through the floor
takes over a corner of the room
setup before you've even begun
you're on your own after day one

questions

is 1.6 lb heavy enough?+

for what encore is built for, yes. the work comes from speed and keeping the handles moving, not from the weight itself, so your heart rate climbs and your arms and shoulders tire the way they would with a rope. it isn't a replacement for heavy strength training. if that's your goal, keep your weights and use encore for the cardio side.

i haven't worked out in years. is this too much?+

week one is built for exactly that. short rounds, long rests, and you set the pace. if you have a health condition or haven't exercised in a long time, check with your doctor before starting.

will my neighbors hear it?+

there's no rope, so nothing slaps the floor. the handles make a soft whirring sound and your feet stay planted, so there's no jumping either.

how much space do i need?+

enough to stand with your arms out to your sides. a bedroom, a hallway, the gap between the couch and the tv.

how do i get the 21-day guide?+

it's emailed to you as soon as you order, so you can read it before the handles arrive.

what if i don't like it?+

send them back within 60 days and we'll refund you. that's long enough to run the whole 21 days and still change your mind. keep the guide either way.

your encore starts with ten minutes.

the plan's written. the handles fit in a drawer. all that's left is day one.
